Smile, it costs nothing

One of the few free things in life is a smile; a little smile eases the anxious heart, gives hope to the hopeless and encourages the discouraged.
A smile costs nothing but gives much. It enriches the receiver without making the giver poorer. Even though it takes just a moment, the memory lasts forever.
Unfortunately not everyone smiles, most people go about as if the whole world is on their shoulders. They frown and even dampen the spirit of those around them.
It takes a lot of energy to frown, you have to work at it but smiling is painless. Why not try smiling for a change, it costs you nothing; it will rather make you more beautiful or handsome.
Smile even if it's a sad smile, because not knowing how to smile is sadder than a sad smile.
A smile is a curve that set things straight, make sure you smile today and you will find out that life is still worthwhile if you just smile.
Use your smile to change the world, don't let the world change your smile.
