Discover Yourself

No one wants to live as a mediocre, everyone wants to be a leader, a force to reckon with in life. But to be a leader, you have to discover yourself. You have to discover your purpose and your essence of living. You must be able to answer these two questions: who am I? and why am I here?. Being able to answer these questions will enable you to discover yourself.
Each person has a unique and inherent potential in them. You have to discover yours to be an effective leader. You can't live somebody's else life and expect to be a leader. You have to discover you first before you can lead others.
Know your strengths and weaknesses. Find out your passions, what motivates and drives you. Discover what brings out the best in you. When you have gotten the answer to all these, then you are on the path to self discovery.
You have all the capabilities and potentials of a great leader in you, you just have to discover yourself. If you fail to discover yourself, you will have to depend on other people's opinions who do not even know themselves.
